But in 10 years, they would probably change & act differently to follow another shitless trend that is occuring then. So, tell me what is a real EMO kid?Plus, you saying STFU will probably not work.. "i realize there are haters out there for everything. and then there are prople like you who wanna get defensive about everything. yes there are some kids who pretend to be in an attempt to be cool, but really who thinks being emo is cool, you get picked on and made fun of. so for all thoser kids they might move onto something else next week. but im talking about real emo kids, who have been doing this before it was "cool" and will continue to do it. emo is not a trend it is for life, weather you like it or not. people dont choose to be emo emo chooses them. take the time to get to know a real emo kid and not judge them and maybe youll figure it out"

"eh i've been called emo before. and blonde. and goth. and i probably act the most gangsta outa my friends. so i choose not to label myself :P besides, i'm full of nerd too. Apparently I write "emo poetry" but i act stupid and ditzy. not on purpose. i just am sometimes XP. i like anything dark rather than light. i'm more of an optimistically pessimistic person. i laugh every time i get hurt and i think being imploded would be fun :). i suppose that makes me morbid too. hehe. oh i love all kinds of music. that includes things from Andrew Lloyd Webber to Hawthorne Heights to Spice Girls to Daddy Yankee to Sean Kingston to blablabla. and i love harry potter. i read fanfictions, know random facts about harry potter characters, and am in my school's Harry Potter Club. yea. really i just don't label myself cuz i dont really fit into anything.... and honestly i don't have a problem with people whether they're cholos and chicas or emos and goths or preps and jocks. my only problem is with specific people. and i usually give everyone a try before i make judgements. so about emo haters. well i do agree with the whole you should get to know people individually before making a decision about whether you hate them or not. but also, you gotta realize that everyone's prejudice to different degrees in different subjects. you could say im prejudiced about all sea food. i haven't tried all of it. but that's more than likely not going to happen because i hate it. anyways, some people just don't like emos. some people don't like preps. some people don't like people of specific ethnic backgrounds, or anything outside of their own. and people always make assumptions about different groups of people. it's just one of those things you gotta get used to. people are either going to love you or hate you. or they don't give a shit about you. that's just the way life is. no one ever said it was fair :P""Actually if you knew more about this Emo lifestyle you are apparently
living by.. you would know that this Emo trend didnt occur til like 2005. Prior
to that, no one knew much about the GENRE or even took notice to it. So really
this 'lifestyle' is pretty recent & there werent any real emo kids. &
the real emo kids have been DOING WHAT? Breathing? Like all of us? Being
depressed at one point? The Emo fad will fade. The kids who listen to real Emo
& actually enjoy it.. will probably still in the next 20, 30,40 etc..

"i agree with guitarhero123 and niandra. if u knew anything about emo u would know it did start in the 80s. it just got huge and blew up in the 2000s. emo is not a fad, everybody has problems people just chose 2 deal w/ them in different ways. indtead of keeping it in and letting it bottle up and them let it out in a pathetic attempt to dis emo kids, like some ppl, emo kids just let there emotions out. emo or as some ppl like 2 call it emotional (which actually stands foe emotive music, or emotional hardcore) there are different emotions out there not just sad and despressed. emo kids can b happy, u just never took the time 2 het 2 know 1. i never said i was emo, but yes i admit i may look emo, and ppl have called me emo. but every1 just assumes any1 n a black shirt it emo (not true). and every1 gets made fun of yea, but emo more then any1 why? b/c ppl r scaird cuz emo is becomming big, bigger then them andnthey r afraid of ppl who r diferent cumin and taking all the atttention away feom them. so if u hate emo stay away from it, get off sites like this cuz buzznet is filled with emo kids. dont be a hater and dont be open minded. cuz u dont know me and u dont know every emo kid out there. so how can u hate. dont be so closed minded."niandra: 08/13/2007 11:42 AM

I dont care if they dress 'dark', i dont understand where you got that idea from.. cause i have not insulted how they dress. Lastly, How exactly am i a poser? PS. Of course i've spoken to 'Emos'.
